Your kit will arrive with all the needed parts and equipment
for you to start working right away.
- Wall Channels & Ceiling panels:
These are the basic elements of your kit.
- Corner support boxes, customized for your installation:
These include a selection of 90o ,45o, 22.5o angles, for both inside and outside corners, as needed, and straight connectors . We can fabricate any angle of corner box from your template.
- Guttering:
If we deliver from a regional affiliate, we include a seamless one-piece gutter. If we ship by Common Carrier, we include necessary hardware and instructions to join gutter sections. Alternatively, we offer a credit to installers who choose to purchase a seamless gutter locally.
- Complete hardware for hanging your gutter:
This includes gutter end caps, gutter straps and downspouts to match your color selection. Hidden gutter hangers, a selection of elbows, downspout adaptors, and sheet metal screws are included.
- G-Trim:
This is our exclusive trim feature which finishes your installation to the outside edge of your support posts.
- Mounting hardware for fans and lights:
- A Three Function, hand held sheet metal brake:
This is our own design. Use this tool to bend:
The Wall Channel ends that are inserted into a Corner Box or Connector;
To bend the gutter end of the last panel in the installation;
Or, to bend either end of a panel that steps around a chimney, etc.;
- A pair of Panel Grips:
Use these for the installation of the last panel and removal of a single panel.
- Sealer:
We include a generous supply of the best sealant on the market. It is a tripolymer sealant and adhesive, which can be applied in dry or wet conditions.
- Stainless steel screws:
Use these for attaching gutters and wall channels to pressure treated wood.
- Masonry screws:
Mention in your order if you have brick, stone or other masonry walls.
- Screen Boxes:
These allow your downspout to be mounted on the outside of the support posts for the installation of screens or other enclosures.
- A complete instruction manual:
