Kits are available for the Homeowner and Professional Contractor

We are delighted to offer the appearance and functionality of a Magnolia Underdeck in a Kit form. We offer classes that explain the use and application of each component and technique required during the kit assembly.

Magnolia Underdeck Finishing’s kit is the only design that makes saying ”Whoops” easy. Ours is the only kit that is designed so that any particular panel may be removed without disturbing the adjacent panels. Service or inspections of other systems require removing the last panel installed, and working back. Elsewhere on this web site we compare this to having to dismantle the body work on a car to change the air filter. If a correction is needed to a Magnolia system, simply remove the panel, do the work, and snap the panel back into place. You may decide later that a fan or light would be nice. Simply remove the panels needed to give you working room, make your changes and snap the panels back into place. There is no need to start the installation from scratch.

One of our primary engineering considerations from the beginning was simplicity of installation. There are only three major components; the Ceiling Panels, the Wall channels, and a gutter.

Ours is the only kit available that is custom sized to fit your deck. There is no waste, and no complicated shopping list. We deliver the kit to your door, ready to install. You do not pay for components you do not use, nor do you have to deal with returnables gained by “rounding” your materials estimate up.

Best of all, we do not ship your kit. Each kit is delivered to your job in our truck, by our employee, an experienced installer, who will create a level reference line for your slope calculations. He or she will answer whatever last minute questions you may have, leave you with a complete instruction manual and, to ensure your successful installation, a personal phone number. You now have a coach who will be able to discuss any problems that you may have related to your kit installation. Delivery of our kit is free, but subject to distance, quantity, and square footage limitations.
