Our panels present a smooth, flat finished appearance.

Ours is the only kit that is designed so that any particular panel may be removed without disturbing the adjacent panels. If a correction is needed to a Magnolia system, simply remove the panel, do the work, and snap the panel back into place. If you decide later that a fan or light would be nice, simply remove the panels needed to give you working room. There is no need to start the installation from scratch. We have the only kit design that makes saying “Whoops” easy.

We use all aluminum construction. Aluminum is lightweight and strong. Over 20 colors are readily available. It will not rust, nor will it become brittle with exposure to the elements.

Every major component is manufactured by Magnolia to the measurements of your deck. We have total control over the quality and design of the product placed in your home.

Our product incorporates a pitch into the gutter for the most effective drainage. All systems rely on sloping panels for drainage, but those that use a pitch to the gutter further increase the efficiency of the drainage toward the downspout.

The Magnolia system boasts a free span design. There are no obstructions to the flow of water from the deck above to the gutter. Any obstruction incorporated into the design of a waterproof ceiling is an invitation to debris accumulation that will clog your system and lead to leaks.

The Magnolia System does not require flashing. In an ordinary rectangular installation, flashing is not needed. There are unusual shapes where water does not fall directly onto our system. In that case simply install a piece of flashing to redirect moisture from that single area.

The Magnolia Kit does not attach to the deck above. This means that any unevenness in the deck floor will not affect the pitch of our waterproof ceiling.

One of our primary engineering considerations from the beginning was simplicity of installation. There are only three major components; the Ceiling Panels, the Wall channels, and a gutter. Ordering your kit from Magnolia involves these simple steps.
